The phone, the rhythm, the shoulders. Nestled between the forest of Orleans and the banks of the Loire, surrounded by oaks that have passed centuries, it was designed to gather. A family, two families, a group of friends who haven't seen each other for too long. Up to 14 people who will not want to leave in a few hours. Children disappear into the garden from the moment they arrive — zipline, Ninja course, trampoline — and we only see them at the table. Adults find their rhythm around the plancha or Weber BBQ, glass in hand, while the embers do their job. In the evening, the jacuzzi on the terrace takes over, away from the eyes and the noise of the world. Inside, the house is large and warm, made for you to meet: a table of 14 seats, a kitchen where you really cook, a living room that can be isolated for late evenings or movies in full screen 4K. In winter, the insert snores gently and the wood is there, ready. In the summer, the fully air-conditioned house remains a cool haven. The Loire by Bike route passes in front of the house. Bikes are waiting in the garden. Germigny, Sully, Chambord — everything is close, nothing is required. A bottle of champagne welcomes you. The rest is written by you. A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room 14 seats — American fridge, second fridge, induction hob, Nespresso, two raclette/pierrade appliances, everything is there. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Fully air-conditioned house, heating and insert with wood provided. High-speed wifi. The bedrooms — who sleeps where? Bedroom 1 — 25 sqm 1 king size bed (or 2 separate single beds on request) + 1 double bunk bed (2 × 90×200). Bathroom with bath. Up to 4 people. A 5-minute walk from the Loire and its wild banks. 5 min drive to the carolingian oratory of Germigny-des-Prés and its abbey. 10 min away, the Orleans Forest for hiking or horseback riding, and outdoor go-karting. 15 min away, Château de Sully-sur-Loire. 30 min away, Orleans. And for the more adventurous, canoeing down the Loire, golf, arboretum, Canal de Briare... 1h10, Chambord. Optional Spa included in the rate from March 15 to October 15. Off season, available as an option (40€/stay). Cleaning during the stay, linen renewal, early check-in or late check out upon request. Pets not allowed. We sincerely apologize for our friends dogs, cats and other furry friends, but pets are not allowed in La Germignonne.
