Spaces are as follows: On the ground floor: - An entrance with closets gives access to an attached laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal. - Shower room and separate toilet. - A friendly and spacious lounge area, which can be isolated thanks to large sliding doors for your lively evenings, and which opens onto a first terrace with its large glass window. - The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room, with a table seating up to 14 guests. All the dishes needed to set up a beautiful convivial table and share a good meal is available for your use. The floor is completed with a separate toilet. You will have at your disposal toiletries to start your stay and a soap dispenser in each shower space.
