Cozy loft, sleeps 14

The loft is spacious (160m2) and pleasant for a group or family stay, it is ideal for celebrating an event! If you want to host a day event, it's possible too. The loft is located 15 minutes walking from Saint Quentin train station and 5 minutes walking from the hyper center. The space The 1st bedroom has a single bed, a bunk bed & a heater. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed & a single bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed & a double bed. We have 2 comfortable heaters and 2 umbrella beds; to be installed in the loft according to your convenience. The 2 clic-clac in the living room are more comfortable for 1 person than for 2 (one bar is in the middle of the bed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink There is a bathroom with a sink. We do not provide linens and towels. If you need to, we charge €10 per guest, extra charge. You will have at your disposal: pillows and duvets, soap, bath mat, toilet paper and dish towels. We are on a quiet and residential street, close to amenities: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy... The canal is a short walk away, it offers a nice setting to walk around. Guest access To park there is often a spot available on the street, for other vehicles you find space on the nearby streets. If you want to secure your vehicle at night, you can park at the parking lot located in a large square, it is cheap and secure (cameras). Other things to note If there are many of you, take small showers to make sure everyone has hot water. For your convenience you can bring slippers as the floor may be fresh. The end of stay cleaning is provided. Depending on the type of stay, we ask for a deposit to be paid before the stay, we remit it after the stay if the loft is returned in good condition. You will find on site a booster for small children for meals, a toilet reducer (in the toilet), children's games, board games, books for young and old and a raclette machine! To help you get organized, here's some information for sleeping arrangements: On the single beds, they are 150x200 duvets and on the double beds they are 240x220 duvets. - 1st bedroom: a single bed (80x200), two bunk beds (90x200) and a heater (firm mattress, length 209 cm, width 78 cm, thickness 10 cm) - 2nd bedroom: one single bed (80 x 200) and one double bed (160 x 200) - 3rd bedroom: a double bed (160) and two bunk beds (90x200). - living room: 2 clicks clac and a driver (length 209 cm).
