This magnificent villa is located in Le Diamant, just 20 meters from Diamant Beach, accessible via a private path. Two minutes from the town center, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique, it can accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for a family or group getaway. The space The villa includes three bedrooms on the ground floor: two with Queen size beds (160 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200), offering optimal comfort. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bathrooms with shower (bedroom with a private bathroom, another bathroom whose access is shared between 2 bedrooms). Upstairs, you'll find a master suite with a 160x200 bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony to enjoy the view in complete tranquility The living room is equipped with a television for relaxing moments, while the kitchen, with a view of the pool, is fully equipped with a blender, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus juicer, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A large covered terrace invites you to dine outdoors, with a dining table, garden lounge, and barbecue. The pool, secured by an alarm, measures 6x3 meters and is surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation. An outdoor shower is also available to rinse off after a swim. For families, a set of baby equipment is provided, including a high chair and a baby cot. Destination-specific information Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation. Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
