This former independent light stone farmhouse has been fully renovated to keep its charm. It gives you a panoramic view and will allow you to share pleasant moments with family, with friends or groups. Its comfort, its vast volumes, its pleasant grounds, its private pool, its pétanque court, its bread oven... all these elements will contribute to your relaxation during a stay or a getaway ... Hiking trails at the foot of the cottage offering a beautiful horizon on the Aubrac plateaus... For fishing enthusiasts, we are next to Lake Cabanac. Independent cottage, composed of 2 buildings, (1 building arranged on 3 levels for 8 people and 1 building arranged on 2 levels for 2 people), in a hamlet, in the countryside. In the building for 8 people: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 160/possibility to disassociate into 2 beds 80, 2 beds 90), 2 shower rooms, kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, internet access (fiber) /Wifi), central underfloor heating (fuel oil) on the ground floor, by radiators on the 1st floor, no air conditioning but the house is very cool because it is built on a rock. In the building for 2 persons: 1 bedroom/mezzanine (1 bed 140), shower room, kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (armchairs, TV, internet access (fiber) /Wifi access, pellet stove), electric heating. Laundry room (washing machine), private terrace (13m²), courtyard (200m²) and private enclosed garden (1000m²), garden furniture, plancha, private salt pool (3,5x7,5) accessible from June 1st to September 30th, petanque field, bicycles available (on request), table tennis, private parking. Baby amenities available upon request free of charge. Sheet rental €10/bed and towels €10/person. Cleaning fee €120. Heating (pellets, heating oil and electric) €20/night. Guest access In Rodez, take Clermont Ferrand/Espalion (D988). A Bozouls take a right towards Gabriac. In Gabriac, at the crossroads, head straight towards "Cruéjouls/Saint Geniez d 'Olt (D988). Cross Cruéjouls, continue straight on the D988 towards Ste Eulalie d 'Olt. Go about 4 km and turn right towards Le Pouget/Coussergues/Vimenet. Go about 1 km, and take a little left towards Malescombes Haut. Cross the hamlet of Malescombes Haut. The cottage is located towards the exit on the right (house with stone walls and gray gate). The cottage is located 15 minutes from the A75 exit No.41 Campagnac.
