The base rate includes 4 guests, then €20 per additional person. Please indicate the exact number of guests, for the preparation of the accommodation and for insurance reasons. The space You will have an entrance and a spacious and friendly living-dining room, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, is fully equipped so you can cook as if you were at home. The accommodation includes a bathroom with bathtub and shower, designed for your comfort. You will also find three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Outside, a table with 8 chairs will allow you to enjoy al fresco dining. Finally, you will enjoy a vast property, ideal for enjoying the calm and the surrounding nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property as well as the outdoor areas around the house. You can freely enjoy the grounds and the amenities available during your stay. Some areas, such as the pantry, laundry room, and garage, are reserved. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with two outdoor cameras: – one at the gable end, – one above the front door. They make it possible to secure access and control the number of people entering the accommodation, in accordance with Airbnb rules. Parking is on site, along the gable of the house. Instructions are available to facilitate your arrival. Washer and dryer are available for long-term stays (one week or more).
