The result of another dream for two, RiaEncontros is born. A space completely remodeled with moments of sharing and conviviality in mind, whether in a therapeutic, professional, family or friend environment. In the middle of the countryside, you will feel the sea air of the estuary, the birdsong in the stone pine, and at nightfall, the soothing sound of the sea so close by. Under an immense sky, you will find this paradise between the Ria and Aveiro, the Venice of Portugal. The space Ria Encontros is a semi-detached house with a very similar one where our family of 3 children, 3 dogs, a cat and a parrot, lives! We are a family that enjoys the good things that Life has to offer, where meeting and being able to spend time with new friends is a great pleasure. The villa has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms distributed between them. One on the ground floor and the other 3 on the upper floor. Of these 3, one of them is a suite with a private bathroom and a panoramic balcony. On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom with a sink and toilet, the Ground Room, the reading room next to the entrance hall, the Dining Room, a complete open space kitchen, and finally the Living Room. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is private to one of the bedrooms. Outside there is a porch that connects directly with both the Dining Room and the Garden. In the garden, you will find an inviting Zen atmosphere for moments of tranquility and conviviality. There is a barbecue to grill the fish from our coast or make that little meat barbecue. You can eat inside or outside, where there are 2 picnic tables under a porch covered by our passion fruit and grapevines. Whenever there are children up to 5 years old and it is desired, a pool 40 cm high and 2.20 in diameter can be set up. Finally, there's nothing like being able to rest or read a book in the hammock or in the comfortable garden chairs. In the evening you can enjoy a good conversation by the fire while your drink cools in the outdoor refrigerator. The villa is located between the Ria and the Pinhal, so you can take your walks in full contact with nature or take a bike ride to Vagueira or even Costa Nova. Being passionate about sports, I organize hikes and mountain bike rides (Btt) near RiaEncontros for those who want to do something a little more adventurous but accessible to everyone, including children. RiaEncontros will also have the conditions for those who want to start surfing. Guest access At RiaEncontros, guests have access to all areas except those identified as "PRIVATE," which are the garage (ground floor), linen area (1st floor), and machine room (1st floor), unless otherwise indicated.
