Welcome to Blauzac, in this house ideally located between 4 beautiful regions: Camargue, Provence, Cévennes and Ardèche. Quietly perched on the heights in this medieval village, a few meters from the center, it offers a large outdoor area with private pool. Ideal for relaxing moments for families or groups of friends, in the heart of a region rich in activities for all ages. It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and fully enjoy the local treasures. The space The 100 m2 house, fully air-conditioned, offers a beautiful main room, with a large bay window that floods the room with natural light, with access to a small covered terrace. You will find a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove, very popular in winter, and air conditioning to enjoy the coolness in summer. Then the dining area, which can accommodate up to 6 people, will give you access to a second, larger wooden terrace, which leads to the pool. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. On the night side, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, equipped with double beds and closets to store your belongings: • bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200, private terrace access • bedroom 2 and bedroom 3: double beds 140 x 200 Finally, the travertine bathroom is spacious, and equipped with two sinks. It offers you the choice: shower or bathtub. The toilets are independent. The 1,500 m2 garden, fully fenced, is a real asset, with its 3 furnished terraces, a barbecue and garden furniture (deckchairs, pergola, tables, chairs, parasol, etc.) It is the ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunny days by the pool (salt treatment), relax and enjoy the calm that reigns in Blauzac. Guest access The entire property is reserved exclusively for guests. Other things to note • For all reservations, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed. An inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure to ensure everyone's peace of mind and safety. • Bedding and towels provided • Swimming pool accessible until Oct 31 (unheated —>cool in October)
