The apartment is located 20min from the city center and 30min from the beach. You will live at the second floor of the house where you have your whole privacy ,a living room ,1 bedroom with a workspace and an office chair too,1 bathroom and a kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes and a large balcony.While the apartment is generally quiet, you may occasionally notice slight noise from the street or surrounding area. The apartment has WiFi,AC,Privat Parking etc. The space The apartment is large and has flexible space,composed on one bedroom,one bathroom,a living room,a kitchen and a big balcony. A good Wifi(perfect for working online).All windows have thick blinds & it doesn’t get hot during the day. It is accessible by stairs.Nearby there are supermarkets,Bar-cafe, Pharmacy etc. Other things to note -During the winter season i can provide you an electric heater so you can use it,if needed.
