Small (530 sqft) private house in Sheridan, IN. Quaint small town privacy. No cleaning fee if complying with house rules. Easy access to US 31 and US 421. Convenient to Grand Park , Ruoff, Monon Trail (walk, bike, run), Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and surrounding areas; 30 minutes to Ruoff Music Center; 15 minutes to Grand Park. NO parking behind the house only in front of house or across the street. Pets with prior approval only. Please be accurate with #people, pets. The space CLEAN. Price reflects location/age. Small town, some construction around, some smaller homes and downtown area that is not fully developed. Street parking in front. High speed 5G internet. Full kitchen. RO system for drinking water. Queen bed incl. duvet covers. Pull out sofa in living room. Good for 2 adults, OK for 2 adults and up to 2 children, tight for 3-4 adults. Sleeper sofa is a pull out and not too comfortable for adults please keep a note of this when booking. Head side of the sleeper has a lever to elevate it. Bathroom--shower on the smaller side. (towels, hair dryer) 2 TVs with Roku. Privacy shades on all windows. Desk to work / study. Porch, well lit with cushioned patio chairs, citronella candles and grill. Basement is to remain locked. Security cameras outside around the house, including the porch. Monon trail (walk/run/bike trail) ends in nearby Sheridan Park and goes all the way to Indianapolis. Guest access Entire house and porch minus basement. If extra linens, towels are needed, please use those stored under bed front or side close to door. Other things to note Please be accurate with #of people and pets also requesting to bring a pet and only book after approval of a pet. There is charge for 3rd and 4th person and for pets. Kitchen includes dining table, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, silverware, plates/bowls, pots/pans/skillets and other basics. Don't forget to log out of Netflix/Hulu; if you forget, we will log you out. Washing dishes and placing on drying rack above sink. Please do not leave stove/oven dirty or anything messy that requires additional cleaning than usual. There is no cleaning fee so please be respectful of my time too. If deep clean is needed, cleaning fee will be charged. This is not a hotel, please be respectful with towels, linens, how you use them and where you put them. Please do not take anything that's not yours, this is a small business. Longer stays are heavily discounted, if supplies do not last please provide your own. Thank you!
