We offer you a charming wooden chalet of 20m², ideal for a stay or holidays for families or couples and can ideally accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It includes a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm sofa bed) comfortable for two adults, a TV (no Wi-Fi) and a low mezzanine with a single bed (90 cm). Attention, the mezzanine is accessible by a steep wooden ladder. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to ride. (See photo). Its terrace with garden furniture and relaxation area as well as the communal pools and the lake about 100 meters away, will enchant you. If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature, the small chalet is the perfect place to relax in the countryside in a very beautiful estate that holds about thirty cottages. The owner will be happy to welcome you to this unique little corner of paradise in the Lot-et-Garonne department. - Pets allowed (small dogs only, less than 10kg, 1 maximum) - No smoking - No WiFi, 4G connection, wifi on request only On site: Shared pools (one small and one large) open from 10am to 8pm in season, unsupervised but fenced. Lake access, children's common games, activities according to programming. Things to know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €250 will be given to the owner upon your arrival. - Sheets (beds not made): €10 per pair. - Linens and towels: included in the price, provided free of charge. - Mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €30.
