The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area. To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
