This unique and relaxing house has 2 ground floor easy access bedrooms with king beds and 2 further first floor rooms with 4 x single beds all en suite. Your well-behaved pet is also very welcome. Set within the quiet and private Wellesley Park Estate with a Spa complex including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis court. The space Springfields is perfectly located to explore the charming medieval city of Wells with its magnificent cathedral, Bishop’s palace and gardens, twice weekly farmers' market, independent shops and a great range of cafes, restaurants and bars. Within easy reach of the Mendip Hills (AONB), Wookey Hole, Glastonbury, Cheddar, Bath, Bruton, Bristol, Longleat House and Safari Park. The Accommodation Springfields offers spacious, stylish, contemporary and comfortable accommodation over two floors along with luxury touches that include en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms, fresh towels and crisp, white freshly laundered bedding, superFast broadband, zoned lighting and underfloor heating in all rooms. There are four bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 persons and four en suite bathrooms. The open plan living space has a fully equipped luxury kitchen that has granite worksurfaces and built-in Neff appliances, the living area has a Smart TV, there is also a ground floor cloakroom and utility room. The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms with king size beds. There are en suite bathrooms to both rooms, one with a bath with a shower over and the other with a luxury walk-in shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with twin single beds and the other has twin single beds with two additional pull out full-size single 'trundle' beds, which are suitable for younger children as they are at floor level. Both of these bedrooms also have en suite shower rooms. The private and enclosed garden has lovely planting, a seating area for morning coffee, lounging and alfresco dining complete with a BBQ and outdoor lighting. Access Entire self-contained property with a private and enclosed garden. Wellesley Park has an electric gated entry system, an entry code will be provided prior to your arrival. A separate electric fob allows access to the Spa complex. Wellesley Park also has 28 acres of private gardens and surrounding fields. The guests and residents of Wellesley Park also have access to the fabulous Spa complex which is just a few steps from Springfields. All guests have access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, air-conditioned gym, reading room plus an outdoor tennis court. There is allocated private parking for two cars and for private cars only. Additional visitor’s parking is adjacent to the Spa complex and by prior arrangement. Please note that caravans and motorhomes are not permitted. Important Information No smoking, vaping, parties or events are allowed. All guests must read and respect the estate rules at all times. These are available in both the house and the spa building. Online booking is available for daily private 1 hour sessions for members of your group for both the indoor swimming pool, which includes the steam room and sauna area, and also for the gym. Detailed information and booking instructions will be provided once a reservation is confirmed. The booking system gives complete privacy and we ask that guests allow time to enter and exit within their 1 hour slot and complete the signing in/out book at the reception. Please note that the Spa operates a CCTV system and does NOT have a lifeguard. Children should be closely supervised at all times and parents are responsible for their safety at all times. The amenities in the Spa building are for exclusive use of Wellesley Park residents and guests staying at the property only. The exclusive sessions permit a maximum of eight guests in either pool/spa or gym area at any time. The estate has an abundance of wildlife and sometimes has sheep and lambs in the fields so please ensure that all gates are closed behind you and that the countryside is respected at all times. Additionally, please do not enter or try to swim in the lake. You must pick up after your pet (even in the fields) and secure all waste in a bag to be disposed of at your property. Eco-friendly products must only be used as the estate has a waste processing by means of a septic tank. We include eco cleaning and bathroom products for use during your stay. The house and garden (including BBQ) must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage to the property or its contents that occur during your stay must be disclosed and paid for. Guest access Guests have the whole property to themselves and Springfields has a fully enclosed and private delightful paved and lawned garden with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. Visitors to Wellesley Park also enjoy our 28 acres of surrounding fields and landscaped gardens. The apartment is within the fabulous indoor spa complex with swimming pool, steam room, sauna, air-conditioned gym and reading room plus there is an adjacent outdoor tennis court. There are two private parking spaces within a few steps of Springfields and additional parking adjacent to the Spa building with prior agreement.
