Villa Guest - Winemaker's apartment

Guest at Gast's. We are the Gast family who would like to present to you, dear guests, our Villa Gast in Kamp-Bornhofen. Our house is located in a cul-de-sac and 65 meters above the Rhine on a plateau on the mountain, right by the forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view of the Rhine Valley. The apartment can accommodate the whole family and/or friends. On request, we offer breakfast, bread service, welcome pot, snacks, e-charging station, pick-up and delivery service, etc. The space The 150 m² FeWo Winzerwohnung consists of 4 bedrooms and several bathrooms. The exact listing is provided below. There are 4 double beds and a crib available. You can park in the courtyard. It fits 2 cars. There is another parking space below the house. Themed rooms On the ground floor: 1. Bordeaux double room with 14 m², bed (180 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and a flat-screen TV 2. Riesling double room with 13 m², bed (180 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, shower, sink and a flat-screen TV. 3. Rose double room with 9 m², bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. On the top floor: 4. Triple room 16 m², bed (180 cm x 200 cm), cot (80 x 200 cm), wardrobe, sink and a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms: Bathroom en suite in Riesling with sink and shower Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in the sauna area. Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and bathtub 2 separate toilets, sinks and a urinal Living room with 12 - 16 seats. There are also flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray players and a hi-fi system. Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven with grill function, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (whole bean or filter coffee), toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, dishes and cutlery. For a relaxed arrival, coffee filters, sugar, spices, salt and pepper, kitchen roll and toilet paper are available in smaller quantities. The apartment is tiled throughout, except for the living room which has a real oak floor. Bed linen € 6 and towels € 4 optional. Please book at least 2 days before arrival and pay on site. Washing machine (€5,- per load) and drying rack Cleaning material (dish soap, toilet cleaner, soft soap, etc.)vacuum cleaners and dish towels are provided. Outdoor seating and gazebo with garden furniture, children's equipment on request. Consisting of travel cot (free), high chair, toilet seat, potty, etc. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Villa Guest area. For train drivers, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service from and to Kamp-Bornhofen train station. Breakfast costs €14.50/guest, please specify when booking. Breakfast is served as a buffet in your apartment. We bake various rolls and bread from organic spelled and organic rye flour ourselves. We also provide a bread roll and bread service. On request, the bed can be made with suitable linen for allergy sufferers. There is a wallbox with plug type 2 available for your electric cars. 2 dogs are allowed. The cost will be €50/dog. Guest access Turn into the driveway behind the sign "Villa Gast" and park in the courtyard. In the courtyard there are 1 - 2 parking spaces available. The exact number can only be clarified upon arrival. Other things to note Since there are several apartments and all guests want to relax, we ask for consideration. Especially in the avoidance of noise and odor. The night's rest begins at 10:00 pm, please limit loud music and noise to room volume. Please consider the other guests, the neighborhood and us. We also live in the building.
