It gives you a strategic location to enjoy all the wonders that the Arán Valley has to offer The space Casa Parrot has 290 m2 distributed over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, games room, laundry area, private garage, balcony with views and private garden of 100 m2. Casa Parrot has a maximum capacity for 14 people with a total of 12 beds. The house is located in a very quiet area of the village: the main door has a wide entrance from which you can access the ground floor or the first floor directly. On the ground floor we find a separate laundry area, a full bathroom, garage for one car, with direct entrance from the street, which includes area for ski equipment, and a second car can park in front of the garage access door On the first floor is the living room that is especially welcoming thanks to the fireplace that provides the perfect setting for relaxing after a day of adventures, fully equipped open kitchen and exit to a spacious garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the same floor completely independent there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (King) and a third with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), plus a full bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor, with high inclined wooden ceilings, is occupied by a large living room and open play room ideal for children or work area, very bright and a large balcony with spectacular views of both the ski resort and the mountains; there are also two bedrooms, one double with two single beds and a second with two bunk beds (with capacity for 4 people), both bedrooms are attended by a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
