The space ​This two bedroom, two bathroom garden view apartment is a nice spacious base for your trip to historic York. Enter through your porch to a welcoming hallway, leading you into the large open-plan relaxing lounge and dining area. There is a large comfy corner sofa here with plenty seating and cosy cushions, flatscreen TV, desk for working, with two power points and two USB charging sockets and Wifi throughout. By the light double doors there is a dining table and chairs and plenty space. The apartment stays nice and cool in the summer months but we do have 2 standing floor fans for your use at this time of year. The master bedroom is a good size and would accommodate a wheelchair. Here is a huge wardrobe, flatscreen smart TV and its own clean and bright en-suite with shower. Theres a second bedroom with a double bed, and Freeview TV with DVD built in. In the hallway is your family bathroom, with bath and shower-over. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need, fully integrated Oven/Hob/Extractor, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. And microwave, kettle and toaster. The outside of Martins Court is lovely. There is a small shared garden with lawn area and benches to sit and enjoy the sun and your morning cup of Yorkshire tea! There are no steps, the path in to the apartment from the parking space is well lit, and the only thing raised is a normal 5 centimetre high door threshold but that is all. Convenience shop, hairdressers, a pub, a cafe and the railway museum are close by with the rest of the city only 10 minutes away. You can walk or cycle along the river on some lovely cycle tracks. > PLEASE NOTE CLEANING FEE £100 PER STAY. You will have a lovely stay here in York.
