This apartment is on an upper floor and there is no lift. All guests need to use the stairs to get to the apartment. If you have trouble with stairs, are recovering from an injury, or are travelling with very heavy luggage, please keep this in mind before you book so you can make the right choice for your stay. Situated in the financial and legal district, they’re only a 5-minute walk from the train station, The Headrow, shops, and restaurants. Leeds Bradford Airport is a 15–20 minute drive. Each apartment includes two double beds, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen in a modern open-plan living/dining area. Interiors vary slightly in design, but all are finished to the same high standard. The pictures show a mix of our 1-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat! To ensure a comfortable, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all, please kindly observe the following: 🔇 Respect for the Property & Neighbours This is a quiet residential setting — parties and loud music are not permitted. Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Pets are not permitted. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in from 4:00 PM Check-out by 10:00 AM Self check-in via lockbox — code sent 24 hours before arrival Early check-in / late check-out available from £30 per hour (request 24 hours in advance) 🔐 Guest Verification & Deposit -Secure ID verification required for all guests -Choose one option: £250 fully refundable deposit (released 7 days after check-out) or a small non-refundable damage waiver -Must be completed 72 hours before check-in 💷 Fees & Damages Any disturbance may result in a £250 penalty fee. Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge. Please report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Unreported issues may result in additional fees.
