Situated in the financial and legal district, they’re only a 5-minute walk from the train station, The Headrow, shops, and restaurants. Leeds Bradford Airport is a 15–20 minute drive. Each apartment includes two double beds, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen in a modern open-plan living/dining area. Interiors vary slightly in design, but all are finished to the same high standard. The pictures show a mix of our 1-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat! Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Pets are not permitted. 💷 Fees & Damages Any disturbance may result in a £250 penalty fee. Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge. Please report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Unreported issues may result in additional fees. Any damage to the property or its contents may be flagged to the booking platform and charged accordingly. 🕙 Check-Out & Key Return Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless pre-approved otherwise. Late check-out without prior agreement may incur a full night’s fee. Please ensure keys are returned to their original collection point to avoid extra charges.
