Chalet La Cuttaz is a beautiful Farmhouse renovation located just outside the centre of Morillon. The ground floor of this comfortable chalet is perfectly located just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the centre of Morillon and its ski lift. Enjoy a perfect balance of calm and privacy, but also close access to essential local amenities, bars and restaurants. The space The property benefits from a modern open plan kitchen with living / dining room, which features lovely mountain views and a superb space to socialise and relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking trails. The chalet provides accommodation for 8 guests in 4 well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms. The brand new bathrooms are private to each bedroom, therefore no morning queues for the shower... ! For those who wish to walk to the ski lift (approximately 10 minutes), it is possible to leave your ski and snowboard equipment at the rental store overnight. There is plenty of parking if you prefer to drive. Please note: Chalet La Petite Cuttaz is a ground floor rental. The chalet will then also be available as a 9 bedroom rental during certain periods. The location is perfect for privacy and to enjoy an authentic mountain experience. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Morillon or just a couple of minutes by car to reach the ‘Telecabine de Morillon’ lift connecting you to the Grand Massif ski domain in winter, which boasts some of the best skiing in the world. Suitable for all levels, there is over 275km of piste and 139 slopes to explore and plenty of off-piste for more advanced skiers. In the summer, this area is a hub for adventure sports such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing and paragliding. Morillon Centre: 0.4km; Ski Bus: 0.5km; Ski Lift: 0.7km; Geneva Airport: 80km (1hr 15); Paris: 600km (6hrs+); London: 1,000km (12hrs+) A car is recommended at this chalet. However for larger groups, or those with a scattered arrival time, you may additionally opt for a transfer service directly from Geneva Airport, which will take you directly to the chalet. For bookings between November – April, the road is ploughed daily but it is always a good idea to arrive prepared for heavy snow conditions. It is legal requirement in the French Alps to come equipped with either a full set of winter tyres or snow chains that specifically fit you vehicle - or ideally both. Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly and can accept one small/medium, well behaved & house trained dog at an extra charge of €100. We ask that all furry guests are kept out of bedrooms and prevented from climbing onto furniture. All dog litter should be removed from exterior spaces (garden, porch, patio and green spaces around the property). Pets must be declared at the time of booking, with details including age, breed, size and temperament. Guest access You will have access to the Ground Floor of the Chalet.
