It features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, full kitchen, private laundry suite, washroom and ample living room space. Other appliances available for your use and comfort include coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cookware. This private entry basement suite is a great choice for your convenience with a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, a 3-min drive to the shopping center which contains a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, spas, gym and many other options on the list. Each bedroom is outfitted with a double sized bed, pillows and clean, cozy bedding. The TV in the living room is hooked up to a Roku streaming stick so you can watch your favorite streaming services while you relax. There is also a full kitchen that you can use as much (or as little) as you want. Free street parking is also available. Guest access Access is through a separate entrance from the main house. Code to the keypad will be sent via Airbnb messaging before check-in. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment. Violation of this will result in a penalty of $350.00. No pets allowed.
