Whether exploring the vibrant city or unwinding in comfort, Retro Luxe is your ideal getaway. The space Towels and Linens: All towels and linens are counted during each cleaning. Any missing or damaged items will be billed to the guest. Trash Collection: Outside trash must be placed in the designated bins for collection every Wednesday. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure trash is properly disposed of in time for pickup. No Removal of Furnishings or Fixtures: Under no circumstances are guests allowed to remove or relocate any furnishings or fixtures. Any violation of this rule will result in additional charges being applied to cover the cost of damages or replacements. This policy will be strictly enforced. Reporting Property Damage: If there are any damages to the property during the stay, it is the guest's responsibility to immediately report the damage on the Airbnb platform. Failure to report damages promptly may result in additional charges. Guest access Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the property are not accessible to guests. These areas are clearly marked with signage and must remain locked at all times. Any unauthorized entry into these areas will result in immediate charges for damages and replacements. Other things to note Long-Term Stay Policy: Mandatory Cleaning: For any stay longer than 7 days, a professional cleaning crew will enter and clean the property on Day 7.
