Flip to Netflix on the flat-screen smart 65 inch TV and binge watch your favorite show or hang out with the family and catch the football game. Relax on the covered pergola with seating for six. KITCHEN & DINING Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, 4 people can dine at the table and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. Additional seating for six can be found at the dining table on the back patio overlooking the spacious backyard and private pool. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The primary suite features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, flat-screen smart 55 inch TV, and an ensuite master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and ample storage space in the closet, and a flat-screen smart 43 inch TV for entertainment. The third bedroom contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed set. This room also hosts an individual queen size bed. A flat screen smart 43 inch Tv. There is a shared full bathroom near the second and third bedrooms containing a bathtub/shower combination. FLORIDA ROOM This room is on the back of the home that leads to the backyard. It has a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. A 55 inch flat screen Tv is mounted on the wall. The storage bin below has board games, and activities to keep the kids busy. Pac man arcade game for some old time fun! HOME AMENITIES The fireplace is wood burning and can only be used during the months of October through March. Never leave the home with an active fire going. This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day by the pool or from being at the beach. A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes a few trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bath, dishwasher pods and liquid dish soap. Wi-Fi is available that can handle all your needs. OUTDOOR AREAS Step out onto the spacious patio and enjoy your morning coffee at the table with seating for six under the large pergola. Fancy yourself a grill master? Fire up the provided gas grill and serve a barbeque dinner to your family while watching the kids splash in the private pool (not heated) & take in all the vitamin D that PCB can offer! The backyard is fully fenced private & large enough for any outdoor activities. The Pool is 3ft - 8ft in deep end! Forget your sunscreen? Take a quick 5-minute drive down the street to any store you could ever need including every restaurant you can imagine. PARKING Guests have access to the private concrete driveway. There is room for up to five vehicles in the driveway (as size permits) Street parking is permitted but don't block the neighbors driveways but trailer or boat parking is best in the driveway. THE AREA If you do want to venture away there's plenty of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. But an ashtray is on the back table, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. (We ask that you crate your dogs when you're away from the home.) Guests will be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement after booking. Video recording devices are affixed to the outside of the home. If you book this home you understand & agree to our use of these cameras. Our neighbors are full time owners and know this is an Airbnb. Other things to note We have very strict policy on occupancy if you book for 8 people we require only 8 people will be at the property at all times. Make sure your request is for the appropriate amount of guests. We will cancel your stay immediately upon notification and you will not get your money refunded. We have a strict policy on noise. After 9:00pm please keep noise to minimum. We welcome your canine family members to join you during your stay. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet NON REFUNDABLE.
