We appreciate great communication with our guests and want to ensure that we meet your expectations. Please take note of the following information:  We kindly ask for your written commitment to treat our home with the same care and respect that you would your own.  Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 10am.  Upon check-in, please do a walk-through to ensure the house is clean, there are no damages or stains and all bathrooms work properly.  If you were to find any issues please notify us and include pictures and videos so we can address it immediately and ensure your stay is a great one.  If we do not hear from you we will assume everything looked good upon your arrival and walk thru. Please share the access code only with those you trust. When leaving the house, ensure that the door is securely locked. During your stay, please be aware of the following house rules: 1) Events are strictly prohibited. 2) The maximum occupancy is 12 people at any time. 3) Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Airbnb and local law enforcement are very strict about the points above, so please help us, otherwise you may get evicted and fined by them. 4) Please avoid using shoes in the house. 5) Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette buds must be discarded appropriately. 6) Pets Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking in the same section where you enter the number of guests. Airbnb allows us to charge a pet fee for one pet through the platform. If you’re bringing more than one pet, we will send a separate payment request for the additional pets. Please note: • Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the furniture • Pet waste in the yard must be picked up and properly discarded during your stay • Pets should not be allowed to dig holes in the yard These are all issues we’ve encountered in the past, and if any of them occur during your stay, our cleaning crew will charge additional fees, which we will need to pass along to you. 7) Additional guests are not allowed beyond the booking limit. 8) Avoid leaving food laying around the kitchen.  Despite our efforts in fumigation and the use of anti-ant tablets, if you leave food laying around, ants may appear. 9) Air conditioning Unit: please avoid from leaving the front door and back doors open for long peridos of time. Doing so for more than 30 seconds will turn the unit off. 10) ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER IN TOILETS. Anything else, including flushible wipes will clog the toilets. Also, all solid foods waste dispose of them in tarshcans, never in the garbage disposal otherwise the house may clogg. To help you settle in and keep our lovely home clean, we're pleased to provide initial complimentary cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry. You'll find these supplies conveniently located next to the kitchen sink, and they include dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher and laundry pods. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.   We provide preliminary bathroom soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion as well. To make your departure process easier and to ensure our home remains clean and tidy for the next guests, kindly place your dirty dishes, pots, and pans, as well as silverware in the dishwasher and run it before leaving. We understand that you are not expected to put away the clean dishes, so please feel free to leave them in the dishwasher. Please note that we may assess an additional fee if we need to pick up trash or wash dishes left behind.  We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in good condition. While we understand that some dust, dirt, and a reasonable amount of sand may accumulate during your stay, we will handle these. Trash pick-up days are Tuesdays. Please put all trash bags inside the bins and bring them down to the road on Monday evening, 4 feet apart from each other. Pool Rules: No glass is allowed around the pool, no running around the pool, and renters swim at their own risk. Please watch your children, and no diving as the deepest part of the pool is 5.5ft.  Please note that if you are staying at our property during weekdays, you may encounter our pool cleaning technician entering the backyard through the side door to clean the pool. The technician needs an hour to clean the pool, and these services are primarily on Fridays before noon.  Please use the provided towels for showers and the colored towels for the pool located next to the back door. Makeup wipes should be used instead of the white towels. Please do not use white towels at the pool, the fee for stained towels is $10.00 each.  The grill should be cleaned after each use. Our grill master recommends you clean it by heating it and using tinfoil paper with tongs. There is an extra tank on hand if the gas runs out. Please let us know if you have used the spare tank so we can refill the empty tank.
