You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house including the front and backyard. Garage is also available for your use Other things to note We love our beautiful family home and hope you will too. We ask that our guests kindly treat our home as if it were their own and abide by the following rules and guidelines. No parties allowed!!! Absolutely no tolerance. Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door. There will be a $250 non refundable fee if smoking smell found in home. Our home is shoe-free to help keep the dirt away. Out of respect for our friendly neighbors please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: There are no pets allowed. Should you wish to bring a pet, please request authorization (for number and type of pet(s)) before booking. Our pet fee of $250 (per pet) is due upon booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance for a fee of $50 per hour. If you book the total number of guests they must be on the reservation. Meaning, if you have visitors, they need to be added on the reservation . Please message us before if you are planning to have 16 guests so we can accommodate if possible. do not bring more unaccounted guests!! We will cancel the reservation arrive at the home and ask you to leave with no refund and escalate if needed!! If we notice a lot of guest activity we will cancel the reservation no tolerance!! If any rules are broken with no solution we will ask you to leave the home with no refund!!
