The fully upgraded master bath includes a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Flexible Lower Level The first level is comfortable and practical, sharing a beautifully remodeled full bathroom: Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Offers a Queen bed plus a trundle bed (two Twin beds), perfect for families or groups. The Upper Loft & Climate Control Loft Space: A unique, functional space with a comfortable sleeper sofa and its own convenient half bath. Climate Comfort: Enjoy a perfect indoor environment with central AC and heat throughout the house, complemented by a whole-house humidifier for ultimate comfort in Colorado's dry climate. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and outdoor spaces as well as a single car garage space and entire driveway. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house as well. Other things to note A Note on Mountain Wildlife: Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes.
