The garage includes kayaks, paddleboards and life vests for guests to use easily with the onsite launch. You can make use of the heated pool or load up with provided beach essentials and walk the short 3-min to the beach! The space This spacious condo features an open-concept layout with plush sofa and smart TV for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal prep, with a dining table for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The oversized primary suite offers abundant natural light, coastal décor, a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and TV, making it ideal for families or groups. There is a private washer and dryer opposite the kitchen, a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and an oversized balcony with beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views. Guests will also appreciate rare and convenient parking with space for up to three vehicles—two in the garage and one outside. Management company does not replenish starter supplies. • Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage • No pets allowed • Age requirement: 25+ to book • Access: Located on Level 2 (2 flights of stairs required) • No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
