No parties, events or gathering over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time, additional fee of $50 per person will be charge. We are family oriented and understand family is important. If any gathering, events take place without approval, you will be required to leave immediately. Keep in mind that there will be no refund. There will be NO approval for parties request. Pack n Play and high chair available at no additional charge. This is not a pet friendly location. If there is any evidence of any pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning fee + any additional damages. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, you will be charge an additional cleaning fee of $150. Early check in and late check out until 12pm is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $75. This must be requested through your reservation, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard. There is a designated smoking area on the backyard patio. If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. Personal items will be kept for 2 weeks after your check-out. After that period, they will be disposed of. Please contact us immediately if you left something behind. You will receive info upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details! Quiet hours are from 11PM until 7AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors. Check-in time from 3pm, check-out time 10am. Guest has 15 minutes after the check-out time to vacate the premises, otherwise you will be charged an additional $75 for late check-out to the card on file. You must be 21 years of age or older to book one of our locations. Guest access No access to the garage temporarily. Entry code will be provided through Airbnb.
