There is not currently access to the river from the backyard but the boat launch is only 0.3 miles away. The Riverfront Park (plus boat launch & trail) is 1.7 miles away. Other things to note The home is accessible by 2 steps/stairs outside, and the bathroom and both bedrooms are upstairs - not on the main level.
