We are excited to welcome you to your new favorite retreat, Pine & Dandy! - Sleeps 8 over 4 bedrooms, one being an open loft - Fast Starlink WiFi - Luxury bedding and linens - Hot Tub (avail. year round), Firepit and direct lake access The space - Luxury bedding and linens - Fast Starlink Wi-fi - King sized bed upstairs in the loft, 1 king and 2 trundle twins on the main floor, and 2 twins in the basement bedroom - Fully stocked kitchen: Bunn coffee maker, conical burr grinder, range (electric stove and oven), microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, dishware for 8, grilling utensils - Whole-house water filter, professionally installed equipment - Propane grill on deck - Full bath upstairs and in basement, both have hallway entrances, neither ensuite - Large wrap-around deck for outdoor living and relaxing views of the lake with outdoor propane space heater for cooler nights - Hot Tub with string lights for ambiance (available year round!) - 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, row boat, and pedal boat provided. (Pier is installed and water toys available around May - November, weather permitting.) - Please note, our private, no-wake lake does not have a boat launch for guest boats - Board games for family fun - 36" Smart TV in cabinet in main living space, 55" Smart TV in basement family room, to connect your favorite streaming services - Embrace the nostalgia with a Super Nintendo NES pre-loaded with 21 games, comes with two controllers - Marshall speaker to hook up your device directly with auxiliary cord or Bluetooth - Washer and Dryer provided - Minutes to snowmobile / ATV trails - Minutes to restaurants and downtown Eagle River ** Snowmobile Trips ** Our driveway has ample parking for trailers and there is a nearby access points to the trails. Please note there is not groomed trails directly to the cabin, but groomed trails are nearby on Highway H. We recommend checking with the local snowmobile clubs to check grooming/trail conditions. (Please see the photo with the access points highlighted) Guest access 4-Wheel / All-Wheel Drive recommended, especially during inclement weather to access the property, as the driveway is steep. A code will be provided to grant access to the smart lock for the main entrance. The code will be personalized to each guest and enabled only during the booking window. The entire 1 acre lot and property is available for the guest. There is 115' of private lake frontage available on a private lake. The driveway to the property is on the end of a private drive. Other things to note Minimum age of 25 required to book. A Note About Dogs: We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) Up to two dogs are allowed at this cabin with prior approval. That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog(s). We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog(s): *Consider barking to be a favorite pastime; *Chew things other than bones; *Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or; *Use the house as a bathroom. We ask that your dogs be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not (One large crate is available at the cabin - please give advanced notice so we can make it available). Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners.
