Please keep in mind that you are traveling to a tropical destination where weather conditions, including tropical storms and hurricanes, can occasionally occur. In the event of a mandatory evacuation ordered by local authorities during your stay, you will receive a refund for any unused nights. If, prior to your arrival, the property becomes uninhabitable due to storm-related damage and your reservation must be canceled, you will receive a full refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if you are booking a non-refundable reservation. Travel insurance may provide coverage for unforeseen events, including weather-related disruptions, travel delays, and other unexpected circumstances, subject to the terms of your policy. Propane: In the unlikely event that the propane tank becomes empty during your stay, you’re welcome to exchange it at a nearby retailer.
