It features a cozy living room complete with an electric fireplace, TV, and pullout couch; a dining room that seats 4; a kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and complete with a coffee bar; one bathroom, featuring a shower; and one bedroom boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is an outdoor seating/picnic area facing beautiful Little Fishing Creek. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize the entire upstairs space and outdoor seating area by the creek, which features a picnic table and woodfire grill. The garage, barn, and downstairs area also on the property should not be accessed. Other things to note My husband's business is located on the opposite side of the property, adjacent from the AirBNB. This is an independently run business, so it does not generate much noise or traffic. However, we request that you utilize the parking spaces in front of the house (near the fire pit) and alongside the barn, rather than the spaces in front of the workspace. Additionally, please do not use the spaces on the side of the house, as they belong to the first floor residents. Thank you in advance! In addition, please note that the residents of the downstairs area have two Bull Terrier puppies that live on property. (Think the Target dog). They are mostly indoor dogs and will never be outside without their mom or dad. They frequent the side and back yard to do their business and you more than likely will not even see them.
