The space On the Lake and Creekside is a charming two-story cottage with lake views. Includes Main Level featuring a full-sized kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave), a beautiful master bedroom with views of the lake and woods, a settee sitting area, Amazon Echo speaker and TV, full-sized sleeper sofa, Amazon Echo speaker and TV, and a bathroom with tub. Two outdoor patios with outdoor table and chairs. Cottage has air conditioning. Small wooden float dock. Optional: Lower Level features a 2nd bedroom (another queen bed and a full-sized futon, TV, laptop table), a 2nd full-sized bathroom, children play area with fold-out futon bed, and washer/dryer. Extra fee may apply, please inquire. And direct access to the backyard with two patios, and leads directly down to the lake and creek. Please note: Government ID verification required before check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. No smoking/vapes, no fireworks, no fires, no pets. There are outdoor Ring security cameras at front and back doors for your added protection, please do not touch. Candles/fires/pets are prohibited on property; No smoking inside (cigarettes, cannibas or vapes). Please take caution when using stairs; you are responsible for the safety of your children and visitors. Guest consents all disputes will be settled to the jurisdiction of the state, superior district, small claims and federal courts located in Washington State. IINDEMNITY: Owner is held harmless from any claims from insurance, litigation and any natural acts of God. Owners do not assume any liability or responsibility for injuries occurred during your stay. A fine of $500 if guest is found in violation of House Rules and/or Terms. Owner has final judgment in dispute. Guest access Host to provide keybox code. Code will be sent around noon of check-in. Other things to note Cottage is located on a hillside and walk down about 200 feet to the lake. Shed is private, not available to Guests. Pets are not allowed. Owners are held harmless from any claims made by guests and their visitors for any injuries sustained on the property during Guests's lodging.
