Sunny Villa is in a quiet dead end street in a residential area with quiet neighbors. You will see the beautiful Puerto Rican countryside from the balcony and can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sipping a drink on a rocking chair. Our home is an open concept layout with comfortable, ample space to have a great time with family and friends. Feel cool and refreshed after a beach day with the 35,000 BTU inverter A/C and 4 ceiling fans located in the common areas. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, towels, A/C, ceiling fan, Smart TV, closet and a theme: bedroom 1: Beach Bedroom 2: Mermaids Bedroom 3: Puerto Rican Culture Bedroom 4 (master): Travel. 3 full bathrooms with hot water. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen in the main house and additionally a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave and sink in the game room area/marquesina. Game room in ground level is in the gated but open on all sides garage area: kitchenette, full bathroom (hot water throughout the entire house), ping pong table, bar area, Smart TV, foosball table, corn hole game, board games and much, more fun to be had. Parking is free. One covered parking space and 2 off street, gated parking spaces, all free. Because this is a rural area, you may see and/or hear roosters, chickens, wildlife, flocks of birds and may see lizards/iguanas, frogs, bugs, etc. and of course hear, but probably not see, the endearing coquis (Puerto Rican tiny frogs) at night. Mother Nature is amazing! We do **not** charge a cleaning fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, private pool (not heated), with bluetooth speakers, fenced in backyard, a fully covered wrap around balcony with a hammock and several seating areas, and full open and covered marquesina/garage. The garage/marquesina area has 2 ceiling fans and 1 wall fan. It also has a full bathroom (3rd bathroom), a kitchenette with a microwave oven, full size fridge, sink, bar, Smart TV, ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole game, dominoes table, many board games, card games, etc. There are comfortable and diverse seating areas for different activities for a group of up to 10 people. Parking is free. There is one covered, gated parking spot in the garage and 2 additional gated, off street parking spots. All free. Other things to note We’re confident you will have a fun, comfortable and relaxing experience at Sunny Villa. **We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. ** Therefore, we *very strongly* recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance for their trip after booking. This will give you peace of mind should something come up and you need to cancel your trip outside of the refund stage of your reservation. Get in touch with Airbnb if you’re having any trouble getting travel insurance. *We require our guests to sign a pool contract/Waiver and “Assumption of Risk Using the Pool contract” upon arrival and before using the pool. This contract must be signed. *No climbing on any furniture. No climbing on picnic table (has a glass top), pool ledge, shed or anywhere else around the pool or property. * Please note that color, decor, towels, and bedding can be changed/updated with the seasons or as needed. * An automatic 20 KW whole house generator is hooked up In the unusual case that power should go out. This generator will automatically turn on and will power the entire house and the pool (pool is not heated). If there is no water in the house, it is due to a municipality problem, and usually very short lived. Please notify us immediately to see how we can help the situation. Because this is out of our control, we do not offer refunds in this case. *We professionally fumigate monthly and keep the house immaculately clean, but you may see bugs, lizards, etc. because the home is in a rural area surrounded by fields. Please let us know immediately so we can take care of any problem and note that bugs found in the house will **not** be a reason for any type of refund. The home is in their territory. *Please do not to leave food or crumbs on countertops or anywhere outside the covered garbage can as these will attract ants and bugs. A brand new dishwasher with dishwasher detergent, new sponges, dish soap and other cleaners are provided for your use to easily maintain a clean and tidy kitchen. * when floors and stairs are wet, they become slippery. Please exercise caution when there are wet conditions after getting out of the pool or due to rain (stairs/balcony) *All adult guests’ names must be included in the reservation. *Government picture ID is required after booking.
