The garage/marquesina area has 2 ceiling fans and 1 wall fan. It also has a full bathroom (3rd bathroom), a kitchenette with a microwave oven, full size fridge & sink. A bar, Smart TV, karaoke machine, LED basketball arcade game, ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole game, dominoes table, many board games, card games, etc. There are comfortable and diverse seating areas for different activities for a group of up to 10 people. Parking is free. There is one free covered, gated parking spot in the garage and 2 free additional gated, off street parking spots. All parking spots are free. Other things to note We’re confident you will have a fun, comfortable and relaxing experience at Sunny Villa. **We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. ** Therefore, we *very strongly* recommend all guests to PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE for their trip after booking because outside of the refund window there is no refund for illness, emergencies, etc. This will give you peace of mind should something come up and you need to cancel your trip outside of the refund stage of your reservation. Please get in touch with Airbnb if you’re having any trouble getting travel insurance. They will be happy to help you set it up. *We require our guests to sign a pool contract/Waiver and “Assumption of Risk Using the Pool contract” upon arrival and before using the pool. This contract must be signed. Children must ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED. * We provide a charcoal grill & charcoal, and a gas grill, and a tank of gas. Grill utensils are also provided. When using the gas grill please use the provided grill mats which are awesome. If you choose not to use the provided grill mats, please leave the gas grill as clean as you found it. Thanks 😊 *Any tampering with WIFI and/or cameras (no audio and cameras point outside), will be grounds for immediate cancellation with NO REFUND. * If anything breaks during your stay it is imperative you let us know so we can clean it up for you and our future guests. *No climbing on any furniture. No climbing on picnic table (has a glass top), pool ledge, shed or anywhere else around the pool or property. This is for everyone’s safety. * Please note that color, decor, towels, and bedding can be changed/updated with the seasons or as needed. * An automatic 20 KW whole house generator is hooked up In the event that power should go out. This generator will automatically turn on and will power the entire house, including all 5 air conditioners, and the pool (pool is **NOT HEATED**). If there is no water in the house, it is due to a municipality problem, and usually very short lived. Please notify us immediately to see how we can help the situation. Host is not responsible for city/municipality/third party disruptions including but not limited to water, internet, electricity because it is completely out of hosts’ control and advance notice is not given by municipality/city/third party and therefore there will be no refunds. *We professionally fumigate/exterminate monthly and keep the house immaculately clean, but you may see bugs, lizards, rodents, etc., because the home is in a rural area surrounded by fields. Please let us know immediately if you see any so we can take care of any problem and note that bugs/rodents/lizards found in the house will **NOT** be a reason for any type of refund. The home is in their territory/habitat. *Please do not to leave food or crumbs on countertops, bedrooms, living room , or anywhere outside the covered garbage can, as these will attract ants, bugs and/or rodents. A brand new dishwasher with dishwasher detergent, new sponges, dish soap and other cleaners are provided for your use to easily maintain a clean and tidy kitchen. * when floors and stairs are wet, they become slippery. Please exercise caution when there are wet conditions after getting out of the pool or due to rain (stairs/balcony) *All adult guests’ names must be included in the reservation. *Government picture ID is required after booking. The picture and information for booking must match picture ID. There is no cleaning fee. However there will be a charge (charge: fee, fine, or liquidated damage) for *extra* cleaning at cleaners’ discretion if needed.
