The space Designed for Connection and Play The ground floor is the heart of the home, purposefully designed for family gatherings and effortless entertaining. At its center sits a massive kitchen island with seating for 14—the perfect hub for morning coffee or evening appetizers. The open layout features thoughtfully placed seating nooks throughout, offering the perfect balance of social space and quiet corners to escape with a book. Amenities & Entertainment Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for large-scale meal prep. Game On: Enjoy a round of pool or foosball in the dedicated lounge area. Relaxation: Step directly out the door to the private hot tub. Convenience: A spacious, full bathroom serves the entire ground level. The Sleeping Quarters - The Barn comfortably sleeps 9 guests across a well-appointed upper level: Bedroom 1: Features two twin beds plus a twin fold-out chair. Bedroom 2: Features a plush Queen bed. Jack & Jill Bathroom: Conveniently located between both bedrooms. The Loft Lounge: A versatile space featuring a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle. Relax on the large half-moon couch and ottoman while watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV. Guest access Accessibility & Entry - The Barn features a small step from the parking area to the front porch and a standard threshold step at the entrance. For easy navigation, a concrete sidewalk wraps around the perimeter of the building, providing access to two front entrances and one rear exit. Flexible Sleeping Arrangements - While the primary bedrooms are located upstairs, we offer several options for guests who prefer to avoid stairs: Ground Floor: A pull-out sofa is available on the main level, comfortably sleeping two guests. Additional Bedding: Air mattresses with full linens can be provided upon request. Check-In Process - To ensure a seamless arrival, your unique front door access code will be sent to you shortly before your scheduled check-in time. Other things to note Guest & Occupancy Policy To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and maintain our relationship with the community, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following occupancy and vehicle requirements:     •    Overnight Capacity: A maximum of 9 guests are permitted to stay overnight.     •    Daytime Visitors: Up to 12 people total (including overnight guests) may be on the premises at any given time. Any groups exceeding this limit require prior written approval from the host or The Barn team.     •    Parking & Vehicles: To manage space and local regulations, the number of cars parked at the property may not exceed the total number of guests staying.     •    Booking Integrity: The guest count and details provided in the original booking request are final. We cannot accommodate last-minute increases in guest numbers without prior consent.     •    Primary Guest Requirement: We do not allow third-party bookings. The individual who books the stay must be present and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Please Note: Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees or the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
