A suitable 4WD vehicle is recommended in winter. There are no neighbors nearby, so remember to plan your shopping trips in advance. Respect for the environment is essential: it is strictly forbidden to pick flowers, cut branches, remove sap or bark from trees, or damage vegetation. Please drive carefully to preserve the grounds. Composting is mandatory, and water and heating should be used sparingly. Pets are allowed in the house, but it is essential that all pets, as well as all guests (including children), are declared at the time of booking.
