The property is professionally maintained on a regular basis to ensure a seamless guest experience. We welcome up to two small, house-trained dogs with prior approval and a $50 pet fee per pet. For your pet’s safety, we kindly ask that dogs remain supervised outdoors and on leash, as the home is located within the Santa Monica Mountains where local wildlife, including coyotes, may occasionally be present. Please note that the driveway is steep, which is common in Malibu canyon properties. We recommend driving slowly and entering at an angle when arriving. Our gardener and landscaper services the property every Friday between approximately 1–2pm to maintain the grounds and outdoor spaces. The Malibu Modern Oasis is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful and elevated luxury Malibu experience. Small gatherings, intimate dinners, proposals, content shoots, and select celebrations may be considered with prior approval and may require additional fees. Unauthorized parties, large events, amplified music, or disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please note that Malibu quiet hours are 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. As sound travels throughout the canyon, we kindly ask all guests to remain respectful of neighboring homes and mindful of noise levels at all times.
