Guest access The property has a large, newly paved driveway for easy access and can accommodate up to 6 cars. Detailed instructions about the property will be sent after booking. Other things to note Please read and respond back with the phrase in our house rules before booking. All water recreational equipment and dock is subject to seasonal operations, please message us if it’s available during your reservation. We require a $500 security deposit, refundable 24 hours after checkout. We also require a valid ID and a signed rental agreement before releasing key codes to any of our cottages. Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout. If you’d prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
