The space The Schwarzhof-Hanfdell apartment: your temporary home ✨ Highlights of the amenities: 🏠 Ground level & barrier-free: The entire apartment is accessible at ground level. Your barrier-free bathroom is optimally equipped with: 🚿 step-free shower, ♿ sink that can be driven under and ✋ handles on the toilet. 🛌 Sleeping comfort & beds: Bedroom: Your double bed in subtle blue has fantastically comfortable mattresses for a heavenly sleep. Extra beds: The sofa bed (1.40 m) is integrated into the large corner sofa in the living room and can be pulled out with a handle. It has a separate mattress for a sleeping feeling like in a real bed. The sleeping armchair (1.20 m) offers a comfortable lying surface. 👨‍👩‍👧 Center of the action: THE LARGE FAMILY TABLE is the centerpiece of your dining room – perfect for the home office, shared meals or social evenings. 📺 Technology & entertainment: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A large smart TV (e.g. 55 inches) is available for your entertainment. ☕ Kitchen & beverage comfort: Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Arrival time: Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm. IMPORTANT: Please call me half an hour before your actual arrival so that I can be there on time. You will receive my phone number immediately after booking. 🚪 Your way to the apartment (accesses) Access via the main entrance is via a few steps to the staircase. Step-free access for you, your stroller or your wheelchair is possible at any time via the back of the house/terrace. ⏱️ Departure & farewell: Please plan your departure by 10 am. I am also on site for a personal farewell to wish you all the best. We'll discuss the key handover at check-in. 📌 Exclusive areas: The entire apartment and your balcony are available for your exclusive use. Just a few minutes away is Lake Bostal with numerous leisure activities such as swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing or simply relaxing on the shore. 🚴‍♀️ Activities nearby: Right at your apartment you start hiking in our great mixed forests. Well-developed bike paths through the idyllic landscape offer active recreation. For example, you can ride in the immediate vicinity on the Nahetal Icelandic horse stud farm. Due to the central location of the apartment, many sights (Saarschleife, Trier) are also easily accessible. 👶 Your service for babies & toddlers: On request, we provide free of charge: baby cot, changing mat, high chair and children's dishes, so you can travel light. 💰 Transparent prices & fees All-inclusive price: Your rental price is transparent and final. There is no additional cost for final cleaning, electricity, water or heating. Children's policy: Children under two years of age stay with us free of charge. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of the municipality of Nohfelden (€0.50 per person/night) is charged separately. Excluded are stays for professional purposes as well as severely disabled persons from 50% including accompanying person and children under 3 years of age Dog fee: A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. The fee is €30 per dog per stay and will be charged separately. 🐕 Your service for dogs: On request, we will gladly provide a dog mat, bowls, dog blanket, towel and poop bags for your dog. 🚫 Rules for a smooth stay We ask you to refrain from parties and events. The apartment is intended exclusively for recreation. Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. We ask you to use only areas outside the house for smoking. Dog rule: Please do not allow dogs on beds, sofa beds or upholstered furniture. We ask you to keep all public areas and paths clean. Quiet hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm. Order: We ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy and swept condition on departure. Finally, please remove the bedding and put all the dirty laundry in a pile Accessibility note: The whole apartment is on the ground floor and the bathroom is accessible.
