Loon Lodge - Lakefront with Private Dock!

Loon Lodge is a super cute 1-bedroom, 1-bath dog-friendly lakefront cottage on Van Etten Lake, just north of Oscoda and just inland from Lake Huron! The home features a private dock, lakeside bonfire ring, a propane grill, outdoor dining, and a lovely sunroom with a great view of the lake! The home also has Wi-Fi, streaming television, wall A/C unit, washer, dryer, and a beautiful recently-updated bathroom. Provides for a fun getaway to northeast Michigan for couples or small families! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) KAYAKS: The kayaks belong to the owners and are not to be used by guests. 2) PETS: Up to 3 dogs are permitted. More than 3 dogs or any kind of pet other than dogs is strictly prohibited. Please make certain that the pet fee is paid if bringing 1 to 3 dogs. 3) AIR CONDITIONING: The property has a wall air conditioning unit. Note that it does NOT have central air conditioning. 4) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct. 5) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not. 6) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.
