There is also a common area in the back that has tables and chairs with an outdoor grill and a gas table-top fire pit. PARKING: One reserved space is included with your rental. It is in our rear parking lot and will have your Apartment Number on it. There is a parking permit located in your unit, please make sure to display it on your rear view mirror. Please do not take it with you when you leave or we will charge $50 replacement fee. There is also free parking in the front, further back parking lot and the lot kitty corner from our rear lot. Other things to note PARKING: You have a reserved space included with your rental. You will find it at the rear of the building and it will have your unit letter on it (i.e., A, C or E). You can access the reserved parking area through the parking lot next to the building or through the alley that runs behind the building. There is free parking on the street out front. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the parking lot next to the building as it is for the museum and anyone left overnight may be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
