The floor-to-ceiling windows lead you directly to the 45 m² roof terrace with seating and beach chair. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for convivial cooking evenings. **Sleeping** The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double bed (180 cm × 200 cm) and offers the best sleeping comfort with a dressing area and blackout curtains. A comfortable box spring sofa bed is available in the living area for two additional guests. **WellnessBath ** In the spacious bathroom, you will find a floor-level shower and a comfortable bathtub.
