The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Large through lounge and dining room with armchairs, pool table, a library, separate 35m² TV room, equipped with books. Electric roller shutters are installed. - A 40m² kitchen, with wood-burning stove, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity unit, - separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: master suite with double bed (140×190), small airlock, en-suite shower room with double vanity unit and WC - Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5: one double bed (140×190), with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 6: single bed, with connecting door to bedroom 5 - Bedrooms 7 and 8: one double bed (140×190) - Fitted room with desk - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Each south-facing bedroom has a balcony, with the exception of one. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - Beautiful 3,500 m² garden, south-facing and shaded by large trees, includes a 32 m² terrace, a pergola complete with parasol and barbecue area.
