The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Laundry room, under the stairs, with washing machine and dishwasher - 16 m² living room with access to the terrace, TV, armchairs (2 leather and 1 relax) and fireplace (wood supplied) - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... as well as a dining area First floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (2 single beds) - Bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC Exterior: - A terrace of approx. 28 m², exposed on three sides, except to the south. Equipped with a table for 4 people, 4 chairs and a parasol to enjoy the sunny days.
