House Rules: Please must read all carefully !!! - Address is: Sonnenstr. 1d, 85622 Feldkirchen (Feldkirchen is an "enclave" neighborhood that refused to amalgamate with the city of Munich for quality reasons, as it is an upper-middle class neighborhood) - Flat: Take the elevator/lift to Level 2 Door is on your Right as you exit the elevator - has the small black leypad on door frame. - Shoes: Must remove all shoes and keep outside the flat. - Key / Lockbox; Same key is used for the Building and the apartment. 2 Keys are kept inside the Lockbox. The LockBox is hanging outside the mailbox by the building entrance (building 1d inside the courtyard/Innenhof). Slide down the small cover to see the PIN wheels. We will send you the PIN code later, 1 day before check-in. Please, you must rotate the lockbox wheels after opening, so no one would know the code if left open!, also rotate wheels of lockbox when check-out, return the 2 keys back to the lockbox and rotate the wheels to show a random code again. Cleaners need the key in the lockbox to do their work. Please do NOT FORGET !! :) - Check-in Time is after 3:00 PM: ---------------------------------------------------- Please DO NOT PARK in the inner courtyard (innenhof), these are private parking spots owned by other tenants! Otherwise, they will call the towing company and tow your car within 5 minutes, with a big fine to pay! :) - Parking: is free on the street, with no time limit, or if you wish, you could ask us how and where to park in the underground parking (Tiefgarage). All guests just prefer the abundance of free street parking anyway, for faster access. - No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the flat, or in the courtyard/innenhof. If wish to smoke, the balcony is available, and must use the provided glass ashtray. No ashes are permitted to be disposed outside the balcony, or to fall into any of the neighbors areas or balconies, a fine of €500 is imposed on every violation. If using the ashtray, must dispose of the ashes in the garbage, and wash the ashtray properly. - Garbage: Collect all the garbage in the bags and leave in the balcony if they are in multiple bags. Do not take them down to the garbage bins as a fine of €800 is imposed by the city and the community if not sorted correctly. Transportation, getting around: - Best and cheapest is to buy the MVV Ticket for 5, 6, 7 people for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days. A ticket is valid till 6:00AM of the following day. From the Munich Airport: Google Maps shows the easiest route is to take Metro lines: S1 or S8 from the airport (which is located outside the Munich city by approximately 30 minutes drive, 35 kms), then change to Metro Line S2 going in the direction: Erding or Markt Schwabing. Your SBahn (Metro) station is: Feldkirchen station is: - approx. 15 minutes from Marienplatz/City Center station using direct Metro line S2, or - approx. 20 minutes from the Munich Main Train Station (Hbf), using same direct Metro line S2 - Check-out time is latest 11:00 AM: ---------------------------------------------------------- If Checkout happens after 11AM, a 1/2 day fee will be billed, as cleaners charge their time starting 11AM. if delay is past 1PM, a full day penalty is billed, plus administrative fee of €200 as subsequent booking is affected, and cleaners have to come again. Checkout: Please organize and tidy up the flat as it was when you received it. Place all bedsheets, pillow covers, towels in the washing machine, set to Schnell/mix, fill 1/4 of the cap cover with detergent liquid, open lower machine container on left, put detergent in leftmost compartment (there are 3 small compartment), press Run (1 hour time), ensure it starts spinning.
