If necessary, you will have access to up to 2 baby travel cots for our little guests. We expressly point out that the bedrooms are released according to the number of guests booked, whereby we assume an occupancy of 2 people per double bed/sleeping sofa. Parking (up to 4 cars + garage) is possible directly on the property and free of charge. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a cozy 180 x 200 cm box spring double bed, an armchair and hotel-level bedding. The spacious living area invites you to relax with the cozy sofa, which can be folded down for an extra bed 160 x 200 cm if needed. You can start your day with a cup of coffee, tea or espresso. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 people. If needed, you will have access to up to 2 children's high chairs as well as children's dishes and cutlery. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and Waipu invite you to unwind after a busy day. In the fully equipped kitchen, cooking is a pleasure. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, range and oven and microwave are provided. Pots, pans and various kitchen utensils as well as a high-quality knife block are also available. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. In addition, the kitchen has a toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and a modern Nespresso capsule machine. The modern bathroom has a large glazed shower, bathtub, heated towel rail, hairdryer and sink with mirror. Here, too, there is everything you could want from your home. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things such as shower gel & shampoo. The house is spread over 2 floors and has a large garden with 2 terraces. Garden furniture for up to 8 people, a parasol and 2 sun loungers are available for use. There is also a washer-dryer, a clothes rack with clothes pegs and an ironing board with iron in the house and ready for use. From the train stop 350 meters away, you can reach Münster's main train station in 12-15 minutes. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a smart lock. The entire cottage with garden, garage and 4 parking spaces is at our guests' disposal. In the garage there are charging options for up to 8 e-bikes. Make yourself at home!
