Fully equipped kitchen: modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood and a Nespresso machine including capsule starter kit. Dining & bar area: Cozy dining area for 8 people and an adjoining bar area with integrated wine refrigerator invite you to spend cozy hours. Outside area: covered terrace with rustic seating, Weber gas grill for enjoyable barbecue evenings and a fire bowl that invites you to spend cozy hours under the open sky. Sleeping in the chalet: • Bedroom 1: Cozy room with 2 pine wood beds – for restful sleep in a natural ambiance. • Bedroom 2: Spacious room with 3 beds, TV and balcony with afternoon sun – perfect for relaxing. • Bedroom 3: Quiet bedroom with 3 beds, ideal for additional guests or family members. Location & Surroundings Skiing: Only 8 minutes' drive to the Hauser Kaibling middle station – the ideal entry into the popular 4-mountain ski area (Kaibling 6-seater chairlift) – without queues in the valley. Summer activities in the region: Directly from the chalet, varied hiking trails start through the beautiful mountain landscape – ideal for sports enthusiasts and connoisseurs. Numerous well-developed bike paths invite you to take extended tours in the area. For the benefit of all guests, the chalet is a non-smoking house - we thank you for your consideration. During the winter months, snow chains are required throughout the region. Snow removal runs daily if necessary. Guest access Check-in & access: Contactless and uncomplicated: The key is in a key box at the main entrance. You will receive the access code 7 days before your arrival. Other things to note The local tax of €2.50 per person/night is not included in the price and will be charged extra and must be paid by bank transfer before arrival.
