The space The house is located at the foot of the Gambarogno in the dreamy village of Vairano. A staircase leads from the garage to the house and to the upper floor. Here you have direct access to the balcony, which extends over half the west side and the entire front of the building in the north. Here you can relax and sunbathe or enjoy a cool drink in the shade overlooking the mountains and Lake Maggiore. In the evening sun, you can end the day with delicious food and a glass of wine and marvel at the lights at the foot of the mountain massif at dusk. Even on rainy days, you can stay on the covered part of the balcony. At the back of the building there is another covered balcony at your disposal, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. It is accessible via one of the bedrooms. A small staircase leads to the sun terrace, where you can relax on one of the sun loungers in the house. The apartment is entered through a vestibule and leads into the spacious living room, where you can spend time on the cozy couch and the two rocking chairs with games or television on rainy days. There is also a bookshelf with travel guides, novels from the region and cookbooks with recipes from Ticino cuisine. With the binoculars at hand, you can take a closer look at the lake and the mountains. In the living room there is a dining table and plenty of dishes. From the living room you can reach the two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed. In both rooms you will find plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. The bedrooms can be darkened with shutters and window shutters. You enter the daylight bathroom from the porch. There is a shower, toilet and sink. In the mirror cabinet with integrated hairdryer there is ample space for all hygiene items. Thanks to the towel radiator, it is cozy and warm even on colder days. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook with its three-flame electric stove. Thanks to the door, the rest of the apartment is spared from odors. There are plenty of pots, pans and cutlery available. In the oven, the breakfast rolls can be baked, the filter coffee machine provides the caffeine shot in the morning.
