The space The Guarujá Water Front apartment is a space renovated during the pandemic with all the comfort and excellent cleaning for guests. It is on the third floor of the building, it is ventilated and lighted. It is distributed as follows: - BALCONY: With space for four chairs with a table. Panoramic view to the sea. -Living room: with fan, balcony and flat TV with Chrome Cast. -Main room: with double bed, fan and large closet. -Secondary room: with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and an armchair convertible into a child's bed and fan. -Two bathrooms with hot water shower (central heating) -Independent room: A single bunk bed that can be converted into a double bed, with fan. -Kitchen: equipped with microwave, kitchen items, refrigerator and freezer. -Laundry room with washing machine. We offer bed linen, towels, wifi, kitchen items and beach items (parasols, chairs and cooler) for our guests to feel at ease! The condominium employees are on hand to assemble and dismantle the beach structure (business hours). The condo also has an ice machine for your comfort. Parking is free and is located one block from the building.
