Private high end home in Kenai just 5 minutes to anything! Fishing, beaches, shopping, nightlife, sports complex, schools, and more are all within just a few minutes drive. This 3600' home sits on 2.5 acres inside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has open floor plan, chefs kitchen, family/formal space, large deck and freezer for processed fish storage. The space The smoke free house lays out with a huge kitchen/dining/living/half bath open floor plan downstairs. The master bed & bath (king bed) and another bedroom (queen bed) plus full bath just down the hall are also downstairs. Upstairs you'll find another large smart TV with toys for young children. Also on the second floor are two more bedrooms both with twin over full bunk beds. Another full bath resides upstairs for your convenience. High speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. Since the house is lived in by the owner and daughter part time you'll find the kitchen area stocked with any and every gadget, pot/pan, appliance you could possibly need to make your stay as easy and wonderful as possible. The dining room seats 8 plus the kitchen counter seats another 4 and the kitchen is stocked with service for 16 (should you need extra seating there is an expandable table/desk that seats another 6 and folding chairs are available on request). The back yard has plenty of room for entertaining on the 600ft deck and there is a propane grill, firepit and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. The house itself is entirely smoke free (tobacco, cannabis and vaping) and fees apply to guests breaking this rule, although proper ash trays have been provided outside. An outside freezer is onsite for processed fish storage, fish processing onsite is STRICTLY prohibited and a fee will be accessed against the guests who do so or who make a mess in the onsite freezer. We also accept no liability from freezer failures or power outages, freezer is strictly provided for your convenience and you use it at your own risk. Alaskan Executive Properties strives to handle any and all requests from guests so if you would like the fridge stocked, in house professionally licensed massage or even catering we can either provide these services or arrange them for you just ask! Guest access Guests will have full access to 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin/full bunks) 3.5 baths including the master with jetted jacuzzi tub. The master closet and owners daughters bedroom will be locked off from guest access. Several kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinet/drawers will remain private in the downstairs bathrooms. The house garage will also be locked for the owners use only. Other things to note House sleeps a total of 14 guests. 10 of which would be in traditional beds, and the remaining 4 can utilize a queen-sized air mattress and also the large couch upstairs. Air mattress available upon request. NOTE: Service people such as landscaping, snowplowing, laundry service, house-cleaners etc will have to, from time to time, access the outside and private areas of the house.
