It is located in a quiet and traffic-calming location right on the dirt road. The apartment is furnished with attention to detail and invites you to relax and linger. Other things to note The apartment, which is designed for a maximum of 4 people (+ 1 toddler/ baby), has a bright and spacious living/ dining area, a fully equipped new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 160x200cm bed (duvet size 2x 135x200, 2x pillow 40x80), a 150x220cm sofa bed (duvet size 2x 135x200, 2x pillow 40x80) in the living area and a bathroom with a large bathtub to end the eventful day with a soothing bathroom. In the kitchen, in addition to an oven, a fridge-freezer, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave, there are also 2 coffee machines (filter and Bosch Tassimo). A travel cot for children with new mattress and a children's highchair are available. Free parking is right outside the front door, and bicycles can also be safely stored overnight in one of the spacious garages by arrangement. In the summer months, shared use of the garden is possible. A small table with chairs is available under the canopy by the key lockbox. The 4 km long circular path with 2 small ponds invites you to walk and jog. There is also a small toboggan mountain here for the winter months. In the center of Ohlhof (about 500m away from the apartment) there is a supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, savings bank, restaurant several doctors. In the immediate vicinity (5 min. Driving route) there are other shopping facilities (Marktkauf, Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, DM, doctors and pharmacies, etc.).
