The space The spacious upstairs apartment with approx. 76 m² of living space can be entered via an external staircase with separate entrance. The entrance level has an open living area with high-quality seating area. A plasma TV is available.    In the adjacent fully equipped and elaborately made built-in kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various small inventory, which completes the very good equipment.   The half-level accessible from the living area has a dining area with dining table as well as a reading area with two armchairs. On the furnished roof terrace with southwest orientation and beach chair, you can enjoy the beautiful view over Sellin.   One double bedroom and a shower room is located in the entrance level.
