Apartment in the top of the villa

Take a break in this vacation home, close to the village, on a 1500 m2 plot of land with trees. 100 m2 apartment in the top of the villa. The space Our house is a family home. The land on which it is built has belonged to the family for 4 generations. We occupy the ground floor which is our main home. You will stay in a 100 m2 villa top which is composed of 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with two single beds or possibility to make a queen size bed (160 x 200) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 x 190) Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bed (160 x 200) A large living room, and very bright dining area. A small terrace to have your meals or breakfast with plancha. Fully equipped kitchen, (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...) Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Access to the pool (depending on the season) is available with specific hours and is not secured. We can find common ground on schedules because we will have to share it. Meals will be upstairs on the terrace provided with plancha. The garden is private outside pool hours. Private and secure parking. Shops and all amenities are accessible in just 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. Solliès-Pont is the capital of figs and is only 15 minutes from Toulon, its port and harbor, 20 minutes from Hyères les Palmiers with its beaches and coves, 3/4 hour from Saint Tropez. Small typical Provençal villages in the surroundings, very lively in summer, where you will have the choice to do your shopping (Wednesday in Solliès-Pont) and spend your summer evenings. We are located only 1 hour from Haut Var and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, many walks and visits are accessible during the day.
